Delivery and Returns

Order Status

We will email order status updates to the email address you provide at check-out. Updates will include order confirmation, shipment confirmation and tracking details, as well as notification of any delays or requests for additional information.

Order Cancellations

Regular orders may be canceled anytime prior to shipping. If you wish to cancel an order after shipping please refer to our Returns & Exchanges section for return instructions.

We regret that we are unable to refund shipping charges for items canceled once they have been shipped.

Special Orders and Custom Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed into production.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Ana Cavalheiro Fine Jewelry wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied we will extend the opportunity to return or exchange within 7 days of receipt for your order.

Please email your return request to contact@anacavalheiro.com. Please provide your Name, Address, Order Number and Reason for Return and we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and document.

Returns will only be accepted with a Return Authorization Number clearly labeled on the package.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange on any returned items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear will not be eligible for refund and will promptly be returned to the sender. 

Approved returns will be credited for the purchase price of your item. We do not refund shipping charges, unless we have sent an item in error.

We cannot accept returns for merchandise purchased anywhere other than on our site anacavalheiro.com or at the Ana Cavalheiro Fine Jewelry Studio

Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. 

Ana Cavalheiro Fine Jewelry will not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred on return shipments and highly recommends that all returned shipments are insured. 

Special Orders or Custom Items cannot be returned. Special orders are non-cancellable and non-returnable.

  

Shipping

Ana Cavalheiro Fine Jewelry ships insured UPS in the USA and USPS internationally.

We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.

We ship internationally, however keep in mind that custom duties vary by country and are the customer's responsibility.

Regular orders placed on anacavalheiro.com will ship within 1-2 business days from the day they are placed.

All shipments are fully-insured and require signature confirmation.  Your order will be shipped once your transaction is approved and payment has been received. 

Some orders may require additional verification.  For your protection, our associates may contact you by email or by phone to verify your order. 

  

Sales Tax

Ana Cavalheiro Fine Jewelry charges Sales Tax for any orders shipped to an address in Virginia.  All orders shipped within the Virginia state will be charged 5% sales tax. Orders shipped to all other states won't be charged sales tax.

 

Payments

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Your card will be charged at the time you place your order. You will be asked to provide your Credit Card Number, Expiration Date, Security Code and Billing Address.

Gift Wrapping Service

Gift Wrap is available for all Ana Cavalheiro Fine Jewelry purchases and is complimentary. Please add a message in the text box during the check-out process for any items that you wish to send as a gift. You can also add on the comments the message you want to send to the receiver of the gift.

All Ana Cavalheiro Fine Jewelry purchases come in our signature pouch or gift box.
