• Please email your return request to contact@anacavalheiro.com. Please provide your Name, Address, Order Number and Reason for Return and we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and document.
• Returns will only be accepted with a Return Authorization Number clearly labeled on the package.
• Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange on any returned items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear will not be eligible for refund and will promptly be returned to the sender.
• Approved returns will be credited for the purchase price of your item. We do not refund shipping charges, unless we have sent an item in error.
• We cannot accept returns for merchandise purchased anywhere other than on our site anacavalheiro.com or at the Ana Cavalheiro Fine Jewelry Studio.
• Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer.
• Ana Cavalheiro Fine Jewelry will not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred on return shipments and highly recommends that all returned shipments are insured.
