We do free shipping in the US above $350 and Internationally above $600.

We have shipped all over the US, Europe, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand.

If you're in no hurry we ship USPS insured, with tracking information and signature upon delivery. If you want your order expedited we use UPS/FEDEX/DHL depending where we're shipping to/ which part of the world.

For products in stock and ready to ship we will ship within 1-2 business days from the day they are placed.

For orders that require the creation of a new piece from scratch that is not in stock we will ship within 4 to 6 weeks, when the product is ready to be sent to you.

Sure - we understand that we all have jobs and sometimes are not home to receive your order. When placing an order we suggest you choose an address where someone will be there to sign for your package.

But if that's not possible, please write on your order notes - at checkout - that you want to waive the signature. Please be advised that when choosing that option, Ana Cavalheiro Fine Jewelry will not be responsible for a loss at your door, mailbox or other place you've requested to be delivered.

Ana Cavalheiro Fine Jewelry charges Sales Tax for any orders shipped to an address in Virginia. All orders shipped within the Virginia state will be charged 4.3% sales tax.

Orders shipped to all other states in the US or internationally won't be charged sales tax.
